We start with a quote and a site check, looking at the space, the power and the run to the outdoor unit, then sizing the system and putting it in writing, itemised. From there we match the unit to the room or the home, so you are not paying for capacity you will never use or asking too much of a system that was always going to struggle.
On the day we mount the indoor unit, run and lag the pipework, set the outdoor unit where it will breathe, and make the electrical connections. Then we test it, check it holds temperature, and walk you through the controls before we leave.

The Owners Do the Quoting and the Installing
AirCo South West is run by two owners, Lewin and Duncan, out of a base at 4/15 Stuart Street in the heart of the Bunbury CBD. We trade as ACMSW Pty Ltd, ABN 58 649 796 725. It is a hands-on outfit: the owners quote the work, do the work and answer the phone.
Because the owners do the quoting and the installing, the advice you get is the advice of the people who will be on the tools, not a salesperson working to a target. A lot of this coastline carries real salt-air exposure, which is hard on an outdoor unit, so we think about where a condenser sits and what will last, not just what is quickest to bolt on.
